What if I don't have a Paypal account, but only a Paypal card? Is it still ok?

I have a paypal account, but honestly, I don't use it much other than to receive payments from clients via invoices. Sorry if this is really obvious, but how exactly do I email my account to you? Is that the same as using the "Send Money" option?
