Well, you'll be able to pick up guys in Japan and ask their phone number It's a pity languages are forgotten so easily. I had to take 3 years of French and German in high school, but I've forgotten everything Whenever I try to think of a French word, the Japanese word pops up in my mind instead for some reason >.<

That's what my teacher said....that phrase is essential to picking up chicks/guys lol But the good thing is that due to all of the jpop/anime. I still kinda remember basic words, sentence structures and hiragana...Katakana went out of my head as soon as I learned it lol

I'm not good at katakana either. Most students aren't. The professors at my university never understood why; "You can remember difficult kanji, why forget those simple katakana!?"

That is true...Sometimes I wish Japanese people knew fluent English, so I can just read "coffee" instead of "コーヒー" Just imagine if Ayu's song titles were all in katakana.....

It can be so annoying if they use non-official katakana words derived from English words. Or if they shorten them. For example "ボイトレ” (boitore), which means 'voice training'. It took me 2 days before I got it

Japanese youngsters make up so many new (mangled English) words, I wonder if Japanese elderly ever have trouble understanding them

Well the album has already been released, so it shouldn't matter how fast it is? But what's this thing about customs? I've heard people from other countries talk about it, but I've never gotten a problem with it? X_X
