Well maybe I've already posted on that topic, but for now, I think that Jpop = Kpop = Cpop.

Because I like them all (well I'm still a bit reticent for Kpop), but they all have their drawbacks.
After 4 years listening to Asian Music, I can say that Jpop tends to be really boring to me, not appealing at all. I mean, not "mainstream" Jpop. Same for Cpop, albums are always filled by boring ballads and I just can't stand that. Kpop is Kpop, it's all about commercial issues, well mainly, and that's not what I'm looking for.

JPop cuz it's the most diverse of the three in my humble opinion.
I just can't stand how KPop singers randomly throw English "words" learnt from American mainstream music into theirs lyrics ("oh shake it up break it down baby!!") thinking it'll make it sound cooler. It's not like some Japanese singers don't do it too but Koreans just push it too far..
Anyhow, does Taiwanese music count as CPop? Singers from China tend to keep it more traditional. There seems to be a lot of potential talent out there but poorly utilized in my view.

For me Jpop>Cpop>Kpop.

Jpop is very diverse, and they have some really good artists. I can find all kinds of music in Jpop. Cpop has some good artists too, but the packaging isn't that great. The stuff I find in Cpop is either really really good or really really bad, haha. Kpop is okay, most of it's just catchy. I have to be in the mood for it. I like other Korean music, but some of the idols are really mediocre and a lot of them can't sing that well IMO.
