Today morning, when I went to school, it was very cold and all, the sky was all grey, but I just thought, "ahh, it's soon Christmas !"

I really love December winter, it's like my favorite part of the year.

And I'm interested in the fact that it may differ with the place you come from. I personally totally enjoy Paris with snow !

I love Christmas time!
I love seeing all the decorations in stores and houses, having dinner with my family and buying presents for my friends♥

Here on the West coast of Norway, we usually don't get much snow untill January though. But we did have snow in December last year, and I'm hoping we'll get some this year as well!

I like it, mostly all the jpop xmas songs and money :angel

it a day off of work and spend money, LOLZ It fun time to spend with family but it just another day off from work lolz

I like Christmas time. If it wasn't summer hear I would have like it a lil more. I was too influence by the images of Christmas cartoon being in winter :sweats

But i suppose it's in a way is good to have all 3 at the same time: summer holiday, Christmas, boxing day sale, new year feast...

I love Christmas XD One thing that always make me sad is, my country doesn't have any snow. It never feel like real Christmas without snow, haha maybe I watched too many Christmas movies.

It was sooo pretty~ ! A friend who lives in Saint-Maarten said that she never saw snow of her whole life. omg, I couldn't live without snow in winter :p

I've always loved Christmas (still do, as a matter of fact)! (^_^) I know it sounds kind of childish, but DAMMIT! I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!! :loner

For me Christmas is okay. Its nice to have times off from work and spend times with the families. I don't celebrate Christmas but we do trade gift though.

I love love love Christmas! Over the years, I've come to not really care about the presents because I get a lot of stuff through-out the year anyway. BUT, I just love the Christmas spirit. Everyone's jolly and happy and it's so beautiful! It is the BEST time of the year.

I have mixed feelings about Christmas. While winter is indeed my favourite season, and I love the food usually aten around Christmas time, Christmas celebration in itself and the preperations for it is not something I enjoy very much. For a starter, I honestly hate the focus on gifts and material things associated with the tradition. Just because I don't have the money, the time, or simply don't feel like buying presents for people, doesn't mean I don't care about them. Since when is another person's care and love measured in gifts?! That, and although I know the tradition with trading gifts is not something originated in Christianity (everyone who had history in school, or has done their history homework, should know this), Christmas has become - at least here - a tradition only for Christians, with focus on the religion and stuff. And as I'm not religious, I feel conflicted about celebrating a holiday which is centered around religious traditions. It's not meant as an offence to any Christian or religious person, but that's why I am conflicted about celebrating Christmas. But the gift thing is the biggest turn-off of them all. I just hate the gift tradition. There's more important things in the world that gifts, and just because I can't always buy gifts to my friends or family doesn't mean I don't care about them, and it really bothers me that that's how they feel.

So yeah... I love winter, but I don't like Christmas. It's a time of frustration and personal conflicts for me, sadly. I've decided to stop celebrating Christmas when I move out on my own, and I hope my family understands. They've always bugged me for not being Christian and still celebrating Christmas with them, so they shouldn't really complain, I feel, lol.
