I think it's not..
Coz double A side usually have two titles such as alan's Diamond/Over the clouds, or YUI's It's All Too Much/ Never say die, or Ayu's MOON/blossom. This single titled Kaze ni Mukau Hana only :XD: Correct me if I'm wrong..

Yeah, I doubt it's a double A-side considering only one song is on all of them. Not really a double A-side if the other A-side isn't even on all the versions.
So it's more like...
Single A-side with a million different B-sides ;-;

yes but both songs have a tie-up Kaze ni Mukau Hana has the movie (?) and koko ni Iru
has that tie-up with the beauty product or something? XD That's why it's a double tie-in single.

Does anybody explain the meaning of CD A, B, C for me? I don't understand it.

B is CD+DVD with the behind the scenes @ voice of you and 3 songs from voice of you
C is just the CD only version
