Has she been performing on TV lately? I'm not a C-Pop fan so I'm not sure how they actually work but I'm just wondering.. I mean I've seen a few photos of Alan performing on stage in her Weibo but I haven't seen any performance on TV. Or most of them were not televised? I miss her performance so much! >:)

Most of them are prerecorded, so they should air on TV soon...*_*

alan apparently wrote this short article about London Olympics. Mostly it's just about how she's looking forward to seeing the performance of the Chinese Olympics team every day, but there is this one paragraph that I really like:

作为一名歌手，有时我们就如运动员一样，平时要不停的练习，只为在演唱会时将每一个音乐作品都倾情地展现在歌迷面前。运动的艰辛其实有时是不为人知的，大部分人看到的只是他们在赛场上奋勇夺冠的画面。想想每次制作专辑时，我的制作人对于我的期许和教诲，应该是奥运健儿的教练是一样的吧，想到这嘴角也不经意上扬，感谢那些督促我们上进的人啊。

In some ways singers are just like sportsmen. We continually practise so that during a concert, we can present each and every piece to our fans int he best way possible. Many times people only see the sportsmen getting the medals during competitions, and they don't realize the amount of hardships they had to endure. I guess in a way it's similar to the kinds of expectations that my producers have for me during production. We should really thank those who push us to improve.

Well the movie was more like a romance movie, but either way....no warrior princess

i prefer a musical to be honest

She has said before that she always wanted to do a musical. I'm happy her dream came true <3

My friend met alan before she went to film for a TV show.
Since she was in a hurry, her staff asked my friend to wait for her (though he said it looked like alan tried to get him to go in the building with her)
