Shiritori is a Japanese word game in which a person says a word, and the next person says a word ending with the same kana. For example:

Person One: カメラ　kamera (camera)
Person Two: ラーメン　raamen (ramen)

Because no Japanese words begin with the kana "ん n" person two loses the game and thus person three can make a new game.

Because we're gonna be playing this game in English (no foreign words) we're gonna make a few adjustments!

1. Any word is allowed as long as it isn't a proper noun, this means no names of people (James, Akiko, Lee) or of places (Shanghai, Birmingham) or of company names (Sony, Siemens, uniqlo) or any regular conjugations (kick>kicked or kick>kicking (which means non-regular verbs are allowed such as was>is)
2. Because English doesn't have kana, we're spelling words using the last letter.

So, to clarify:

Person One: camera
Person Two: acquit
Person Three: time
Person Four: exist
etc.

First word:

Query.
