I think this is the trailer(?) of that anime. I'm pretty sure it's this one 'cause Alan said in some interview that the anime is about "animal protection" but I could be wrong..
It's originally a 2002 animation movie. It looks like they're reusing it for that COP10 meeting.

Yeah the anime is kinda weird (0_0 ) I don't really understand the trailer, maybe I should watch full anime.. It's anime from 2002, maybe they will change the storyline so it suits better for SAVE THE FUTURE?

^That's possible 'cause the song's lyrics are nothing about cats. Although 'Nameless Seed' may refer too them, It's still hard to figure out how it fits the song.. lol
