I was just curious to see if anyone on AI still followed the tradition of resolving to change something in their lives for the better at the start of every year.

So if you have any resolutions then post them here!
But post only if you want to of course, I'm not forcing you... Or am I?

I'm also thinking that we could post updates on how we're suceeding or failing miserably at our resolutions.

MY RESOLUTIONS:
Personally I'm trying to exercise more (I know, a little cliche but whatever lol)

And I really wanna practice cooking real food more. As much as I appreciate my bachelor culinary abilities, I can't keep cooking ramen and mac' and cheese out of a box forever lol

We'll be expecting photos of culinary dishes soon, mister!


My resolution (which I have already been spamming you guys with) is to get better at drawing by drawing at least one thing every day. I haven't failed yet

Yeah, I was doing so well watching how I eat. But I just couldn't say no to all the holiday goodies. All the food was to good to pass up XD

I did it last year and I succeeded! Nah, probably getting a decent job is all I want.

Not that I don't do well if I set my mind to something, I just wouldn't call what I do "focusing" exactly XD

And is everyone still sticking to their resolutions?

Well.. I am exercising more, but I think I'm eating so much more it's not helping. I burn 700 calories and then I want to eat 3000 more afterwards lol

As for the cooking resolution, I think I would like to modify that one to "learn how to bake" if that's okay (Thanks to Sesshy for mentioning cake pops in another thread). They sort of fall under the same category, and I've always hid in fear of baking because, well, I suck at it lol...

But I suppose learning how to bake wouldn't help me with my wieght loss situation at all. I'd probably learn how to make delicious cookies and brownies and what not and then just gorge on them afterwards and gain 20 more pounds

I've stuck to my resolutions as far. I'm eating much healthier (and less!), exercising daily, writing at least four times a week and finishing at least one drawing a week.

I'm eating less and im avoiding the chocolate !!!

I was good up until March with exercise, and then it just all went downhill from there lol...
I have been cooking a little more though, so I guess I'm still sort of keeping my resolutions

I'm thinking I want my New Year's resolution for next year will be to physically (by physical, I mean buying their cds) support my favourite artists instead of just clicking away at my laptop xD
